GOOD NEWS: PAN AADHAAR CARD LINK DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 30th JUNE BY INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT OF INDIA!!!!

 A very good news for all the people who were patiently trying to refresh the https://www1.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ website and getting this error.

 

 

The oficial twitter handle of income tax return of india has just tweeted from the following :

Central Government extends the last date for linking of Aadhaar number with PAN from 31st March, 2021 to 30th June, 2021, in view of the difficulties arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.(1/2)@nsitharamanoffc@Anurag_Office@FinMinIndia

 Meaning that the government has blamed the pandemic for this and has therefore decided to extend the date to 30th june.
